The Women’s Premier Soccer League will begin its 25th season with Kendra Halterman as commissioner. Her predecessor Rich Sparling will now serve in the league’s honorary commissioner emeritus role. Halterman has more than two decades of experience with the league as a player and executive. She served as Associate Commissioner for five years and has been a League Ambassador for the last two years.
