Despite winning the W Gold Cup, the United States women’s national team dropped to No. 4 in the latest FIFA ranking due to its group-stage loss to Mexico. It is the team’s lowest-ever ranking. 2023 World Cup winner Spain is in the top spot, followed by England and France. The USWNT will face Japan on April 6 in the SheBelieves Cup semifinal and then play a pair of International friendlies against South Korea in June.
