The U.S Soccer Federation and Mexican Football Federation have announced their intention to submit a bid to co-host the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup. It would be the third time the tournament is held in the U.S. but the first time in Mexico. The federations will make more information available around May 19, 2023, the deadline to submit the Bidding Agreement. The U.S., Mexico and Canada are co-hosting the 2026 Men’s World Cup.
