Two rule changes have been made ahead of the 11th annual SheBelieves Cup, U.S. Soccer announced. Teams will now be allowed a 26-player tournament roster, with 23 players to be named to each game’s match day active roster. Meanwhile, coaches may also “rotate game day squads among the 26 players.” Additionally, penalty kicks will now decide matches that end level, with points awarded on a 3-2-1-0 basis.
