Sydney Leroux is staying with Angel City FC. The forward and club announced a contract extension through the 2024 NWSL season. Leroux has played in 19 matches for Angel City, and has seen a majority of her time sidelined with various injuries since her 2022 signing. “She leaves everything out on the field every time she plays, in a way that is all Syd,” Angela Hucles Mangano, general manager, said.
