Mexican women’s national team midfielder Scarlett Camberos has officially signed with Angel City FC. The signing was first reported by Club América on March 22, saying that she would immediately depart the club due to safety concerns. Camberos was signed to a two-year deal, with Angel City and Club América agreeing on a transfer fee. Camberos featured in Liga MX Femenil since 2022. She has five international caps with Mexico.
