The Orlando Pride’s roster freeze has been lifted, EQZ confirmed. Orlando bought out the contract of Amy Turner, who isn’t discovery eligible in the NWSL, meaning she can’t play in the league until 2023. Orlando’s roster was frozen from transactions since June 7, when head coach Amanda Cromwell and assistant Sam Greene were suspended pending a league investigation for alleged “retaliation.” The Houston Dash roster is not frozen despite the ongoing investigation into James Clarkson.
