In a press conference ahead of the 2023 UKG NWSL Challenge Cup Final, league commissioner Jessica Berman announced that National Women’s Soccer League games have seen over one million fans in attendance. The record was broken this weekend, with four weeks left in the regular season, with 1,060,978 fans going to matches. This is the second year in a row where the league has seen one million fans at games.
