The National Women’s Soccer League has postponed the June 7 match between NJ/NY Gotham FC and the Orlando Pride at Red Bull Arena due to poor air quality in the New York metropolitan area. The match has been rescheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 9. The air quality concerns are the result of smoke and haze from Canadian wildfires. Airplanes were also grounded at LaGuardia Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport.
