Sean Nahas has signed a three-year contract extension to remain as head coach of the North Carolina Courage, the club announced on Monday. The deal runs through the 2026 NWSL season. Nahas was previously an assistant who took over as interim coach in 2021 following the dismissal of disgraced former head coach Paul Riley. Nahas then took over full-time and led the Courage to back-to-back NWSL Challenge Cup titles and a pair of playoff appearances.
