Lauren Holiday, a two-time Olympic gold medalist and 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup winner, has been named to the National Soccer Hall of Fame, in its Class of 2023. Holiday was the first ever NWSL MVP in 2013 and won the league title in 2014 and 2015. Holiday won the Golden Boot in 2013 with 12 goals. She was also named NWSL Championship MVP in 2012. Internationally, Holiday also has a World Cup silver medal.
