As first reported by Theo Lloyd-Hughes of The Striker, Gotham FC officially confirmed that Juan Carlos Amorós has been named the club’s next head coach. Amorós signed on with the New Jersey-New York club on a three-year contract. Amorós made his entrance into the NWSL in the summer when he joined the Houston Dash as interim head coach, leading them to their first-ever league playoff appearance. He has coached in England, Spain and the U.S.
