Hervé Renard is taking over the reins at the France women’s national team. The former Saudi Arabia manager has inked a contract through August 2024, which will encompass the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup and 2024 Olympic Games. Renard most recently managed Saudi Arabia in the 2022 FIFA men’s World Cup to a group-stage exit finish. However, Renard’s side shocked Argentina in the group stage. Renard will name his first French roster on March 31.
