The Washington Spirit are building out a Performance Department and the club has turned to a familiar face to lead the way. Dawn Scott, who served as Head of Sports Science for the U.S. women’s national team for a decade, helping the side win an Olympic gold medal and two World Cups, has been hired as Director of Performance. Scott has also had two stints with the England and worked for Inter Miami in MLS.
