Racing Louisville has hired Beverly “Bev” Yanez as the club’s assistant coach, the team announced Wednesday. She will join Kim Björkegren’s coaching staff after spending the last two seasons as an assistant for NJ/NY Gotham FC. Yanez played in the NWSL from 2014 until her retirement, spending all her time with OL Reign. She also has played in the WPS, in Finland and Japan.
