Bev Priestman signed a new long-term contract with Canada Soccer’s Women’s National Team (CANWNT) which will run through the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup. After being appointed as coach in 2020, Priestman led Canada to the Olympic gold medal in 2021. Priestman has a 28-9-10 record in 47 matches as head coach and also earned nominations for FIFA Best Coach in 2021 and 2022. Canada will compete in the Concacaf W Gold Cup next month.
