Angel City FC completed a historic deal that makes Willow Bay and Bob Iger the controlling owners of the NWSL franchise. The transaction values ACFC at $250 million, which is the highest of any professional women’s sports team, and injects an additional $50 million of capital to support club growth. It was unanimously approved by the NWSL’s Board of Governors.
