Amandine Henry is heading back to France — at least on loan. The French Football Federation helped announce the news that Henry would come back to her native country and feature for Lille Olympique Sporting Club. She joins on Jan. 1. In a translated release, Henry said, “Given the dates of the American championship, an opportunity to play in France … has opened up.” There is no set end-date for the loan period.
