Rachael Kriger

Rachael Kriger, a sports journalist from Pittsburgh, Pa., joins The Equalizer as its social media coordinator and a writer. Kriger began her journey into covering women's soccer by bringing WoSo coverage to Last Word on Soccer. However, the sport is not foreign to her, as she has covered her local club, the Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC of the USL, for PGH Sports Castle. She also covers collegiate women's soccer throughout the city for PGH Soccer Now. She enjoys watching and following her beloved Russian Men's and Women's National Team, as she was born in Moscow. Kriger is a member of the official NWSL Media Association and the North American Soccer Reporters, serving as the NASR's Communications Director.
