The teams most people consider the two best in the National Women’s Soccer League played the two teams most consider the worst. The results were as expected, even with the bottom teams doing the hosting. Elsewhere, the other eight clubs to compete didn’t do all that much to distinguish themselves, barring an outlandish scoring barrage from one particular club from southern California. Where does everyone shake out, 10 weeks in?
