NJ/NY Gotham FC executed a coup on the NWSL free-agency market, landing four of the biggest names on the list this offseason: Crystal Dunn, Tierna Davidson, Rose Lavelle and Emily Sonnett. How general manager Yael Averbuch West made that happen within even the expanded, $2.75 million salary cap for 2024 is a great mystery that The Equalizer’s Jenna Tonelli helped explain.
