National Women’s Soccer League commissioner Lisa Baird and NWSLPA president — and Washington Spirit defender — Tori Huster joined us on Thursday’s NWSL Live to discuss the 2020 NWSL Challenge Cup.
Baird and Huster provided perspective on the decision to move forward with a return to play. Baird took questions from fans ranging from on-field happenings to what will happen off the field, and even dropped some news about virtual cheering sections.
