Sam Kerr broke her own record on Saturday, scoring her 17th and 18th goals of the National Women’s Soccer League season to set the single-season mark. The Chicago Red Stars forward has 18 goals in 20 games thus far this season.

Kerr held the previous mark for most goals in a season. She set the record in 2017, scoring 17 goals for Sky Blue FC.

Kerr missed three games this season for the World Cup, where Australia fell to Norway on penalty kicks in the round of 16.
