Cloud 9, Keeper Notes hosting Friday night party in NYC

Cloud 9, the supporters group for Sky Blue FC, is teaming up with Jen Cooper of keepernotes.com for a special party the night before the SheBelieves Cup matches at Red Bull Arena. The Friday night event will take place downstairs at the Football Factory at Legends on 33rd St. between 5th and 6th Avenues in Manhattan. The fun starts at 6:30 p.m.

A WoSo fan trivia contest hosted by Jen Cooper and The Equalizer‘s Dan Lauletta will commence at 7:30 p.m. Entry fee is $20 for teams of up to four players. Prize packs will be awarded to the winning team. There will also be raffles for assorted women’s soccer collectibles. Raffle tickets start at $2 for a single ticket all the way up to 20 tickets for $20. Raffle items include a PUMA cleat autographed by 2016 NWSL Best XI selection Kealia Ohai and a gameday scarf from the cancelled USWNT Victory Tour match in Hawaii after the 2015 World Cup. Winners need not be present at the time of the drawing.

All proceeds from the trivia contest and the raffle will be split between the Afghanistan Women’s national team and the NWSL Media Association Woman of the Year Award. The 2017 Woman of the Year Award will be the first-ever annual award presented by the NWSL MA.

The party will also include highlights of classic USWNT matches running throughout the night, $5 domestic drafts all night, and appearances by Sky Blue FC coach Christy Holly and assistant Paul Grieg.
