The first Monday after the long holiday break (for some) can be a total drag. Coffee is meant to be a pick-me-up, but it brought some mixed emotions for U.S. national team and Houston Dash midfielder Carli Lloyd.
Lloyd ordered Starbucks and apparently the barista didn’t quiiiiittteee hear Lloyd’s name correctly:

Nardley. Gnarly? Nah. One week from today, the 2015 World Cup champion and Golden Ball winner is likely to be named the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Player of the Year. It’s probably a good idea to know her name.
Of course, Starbucks is pretty well known for messing up people’s names, perhaps on purpose. Allow us to remind you with this hilarious viral video:
On the bright side for Lloyd on Monday, she got her own Twitter emoji for #CarliLloyd ahead of next week’s Ballon d’Or ceremony, and it’s pretty sweet (click through to Twitter to see the jersey):
