The United States dominated New Zealand to open Saturday’s friendly match at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Mo., and the Americans finally got their reward in the 14th minute when defender Meghan Klingenberg scored. The U.S. went on to win the match, 4-0.
Klingenberg’s goal looked a lot like the screamer she scored against Haiti last October in World Cup qualifying, which was her first international tally.
