United States defender Christie Rampone is not yet 100 percent and is not expected to start in Wednesday’s Algarve Cup opener against Norway, according to SI’s Grant Wahl.
Rampone, the team’s captain, missed the United States’ first two matches of the year — a loss to France and a win over England — due to a back injury sustained in January training camp.
