The National Women’s Soccer League 2013 Supplemental Draft was held Thursday via conference call. Seattle Reign FC and Portland Thorns FC each made six selections. Here’s a quick-fire recap of their picks and some history on each player:
Seattle Reign FC selects defender Nikki Krzysik (Virginia) with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2013 NWSL Supplemental Draft.

Greek-American Betos played for Apollon Limasol (Cyprus), in Champions League in 2012. In qualifying, they beat Ada Velipoje (Albania) 21-0.

Fountain was an assistant coach at Wake Forest after her playing days there. She played for Western New York Flash when it won WPS in 2011.
