FC Kansas City unveiled a new logo on Thursday, the day before the team’s first official players will be announced in the allocation of U.S., Canadian and Mexican national team players. Here is the new logo:
The team’s colors will be blue and black. According to a team-issued press release, “the new logo also represents the ever-flowing qualities that make up the game of women’s professional soccer.”

FC Kansas City president Brian Budzinski said the new logo “better reflects our overall mission.”
