The transfer window may be closed, but we just brought in a whole new squad. I would like to formally introduce the new team of contributors here at The Equalizer (click here for a full list with biographies).
As the 2012 WPSL Elite League and USL W-League seasons fast approach and the Olympics inch closer, we are committed to bringing you an unprecedented network of women’s soccer news. With over a dozen contributors across North America and insightful player bloggers, we will be bringing you the same great coverage you are used to getting here – we’ll just increasing it immensely.
Keep your eyes here for inside coverage and access to what are now the two top domestic women’s soccer leagues (we’ll still keep tabs on WPS, for as long as it hangs around), particularly top teams like the Pali Blues, Seattle Sounders Women, Chicago Red Stars and Boston Breakers, among several others. And of course, with the Olympics approaching, we’ll have plenty of coverage of the U.S. women and all of the teams taking part in the tournament.
Soon we hope to also roll out an upgraded comment system that will greatly enhance the user experience. So keep on reading, sharing and giving us feedback. And of course, thank you for making this your destination for women’s soccer news. Hopefully you are just as excited as we are about all of these changes.
