The CONCACAF U-20 Women’s Championship is set for March 1-11 in Panama City’s Estadio Rommel Fernandez.
The United States has been drawn into Group B with Cuba, Guatemala and host Panama. Group B features Mexico, Canada, Haiti and Jamaica.
CONCACAF will send three teams to this summer’s U-20 World Cup. The two finalists and the third place finisher in March will advance to the World Cup, which may be played in Japan. FIFA recently announced that Uzbekistan would no longer be the host for this summer’s tournament. Japan is the proposed new host.
